What's it all about...

As you probably found out by yourself by now, there is no dedicated general blues tabs and chords site on the internet and finding blues tabulature (tabs) and chords on the internet poses an even greater challenge then finding blues lyrics. On this page I will, in a way, attempt to remedy that omission somewhat. On this page you will find up to 5 links for each blues artist to sites with tabulature and chords to their songs.

A couple of things before you start surfing for them tabs and chords:
- there are no tabs and chords on this site itself, only links, what you see is what I got!;
- there's quite some overlap of tabs and chords on the sites listed for a particular artist;
- the tabs and chords vary in quality from poor to excellent;
- this page is a work in progress. New sites will be added as I stumble upon them. All tips to sites with blues tabs and chords not yet listed below are off course very welcome!;
- enjoy!.

How it works...

Click on the character that corresponds with the first character of the artists LAST name. For the purpose of convenience some artists are listed several times, for example Howlin' Wolf is listed under H, W and B (Burnett, Chester, his true name).

As of September 2000, there are 60 artists with links to 97 tabs and chords pages, containing 1,385 tab and chords files. * = new additions of September 2000.
